Adan Lopez:

Adan was impressed with health, fitness and diet from an early age — following his father’s work interest with vitamins and supplements.
Working at a gym, Adan was introduced to the Charles Poliquin training methods and he knew that he had found what he was looking for. Getting trained and educated by Charles Poliquin, Adan catapulted himself into a spot on the Rookie Team for the US Olympic Bobsled Team.
With his success in helping other athletes achieve similar gains to the one’s he himself has achieved, he has since trained under only the best coaches and has created systems to produce top tier athletes, even with the most under developed individuals. Adan rallied this creating his own gym so he can further learn from working in the trenches to test and tune his abilities. By understanding an athletes need for structural balance and symmetry. This has helped him understand biomechanics so well to the point where he has been able to help not only athletes, but also has had great success with elderly and injured, achieve pain free movement in every major joint of the body! Adans purpose has become to simplify athletics for everyone to understand and reap the benefits of creating a pain-free athletic body.
He has been able to help hundreds of athletes and general populace achieve their goals to become bulletproof!
